Scrapbook Paper Magnets

Since our kids have started school, we find ourselves with lots of preschool artwork to display......and a shortage of magnets. This is a really quick & easy way to make some cute ones!

What You Need:

  • Scrapbook Paper
  • Clear, Flat-Backed Glass Marbles
  • Mod Podge
  • Magnets
  • Glue

How to Make It:

1. Place marble on scrapbook paper and use pencil to trace the outline.

2. Cut shape out of paper and affix it to the flat side of the marble using Mod Podge so that the paper shows through (for those of you who have never used Mod Podge...don't worry, it will dry clear). If needed, trim any excess paper from the edges using scissors or sand it off with a fine-grit sandpaper.

3. Apply several coats of Mod Podge to back of marble. Once dry, use a strong glue (we used Gorilla Super Glue) to affix magnet to back of marble.
And, there you have it!!!!!

  1. I have found it easier to identify with the characters who verge upon hysteria, who were frightened of life, who were desperate to reach out to another person. But these seemingly fragile people are the strong people really. See the link below for more info.
